It says it can be used every day, but I've been using it about 2-3 x a week with great results. I have even used it on my face a few times without no irritation. The whopping large bottle received (12 FL OZ) was from my Allure Holiday Beauty Box (which came packed w/many full size products) & caused several minutes of giddi-ness!
Nivea would be beneficial for all skin types...yes even those with sensitive, very dry or very oily skin. You may have to adjust how many times a week to use it so you don't over do it, but no one knows your skin like you do, so listen to it.
